Associates in the team advise a high-profile client base including sponsors, funds and financial institutions on financings, including leveraged finance, bridges, structured debt and restructurings, lead by one of the top banking & finance partners ranked by the Chamber 100 for their exceptional skills of handling complex, multi-billion USD transactions and commercial sense.
My client is willing to consider candidates at various levels as the team continue to expand with a significant increase of the work flow. But ideally a successful candidate, qualified lawyer in England & Wales, Australia or in the US, should have at least 2 years' practising experience gained in a general corporate finance group and ideally leveraged finance experience.
